Privacy Policy

Delve Digital Pty Ltd, trading as Delve Digital, collects the details you type into our contact form, plus anonymous information about how the site is used. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing, and you can ask us to delete it.

Two things, and only two:

• What you send us. When you fill in the contact form we receive your name, business name, email address, phone number, the services you ticked, your website address if you gave one, and anything you wrote in the notes.
• How the site is used. If you accept cookies, we receive anonymous analytics — pages viewed, roughly where in the world you are, and which site sent you. This is not linked to your name.

We don’t collect payment details on this site, and we don’t ask for anything sensitive.

• To answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to do the work.
• To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.
• To meet our record-keeping obligations.

We won’t add you to a marketing list off the back of an enquiry without asking.

We use a small number of third-party services to run the site. They process data on our behalf:

• Web3Forms — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Vercel — hosts the website and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — website analytics. These only load if you accept cookies.

Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We don’t sell your information to anyone, ever.

Enquiries stay in our inbox while they’re useful — typically a couple of years — and client records for as long as we’re required to keep them. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we’re legally required to hold it.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch through our contact pageand we’ll sort it out.

If you think we’ve mishandled your information, tell us first — we’d rather fix it. If you’re not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be obvious, not buried.
