These terms cover your use of this website. The work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement — if you’re a client, that agreement wins wherever the two disagree.

We describe our services as accurately as we can. Timeframes, results and figures on this site are indicative — what actually happens depends on your industry, your budget and your market. Nothing here is a guarantee of a particular result, and nothing here is a formal quote.

Prices aren’t published because every engagement is scoped differently. Any price we give you comes in writing, after a conversation.

Sending the contact form starts a conversation. It doesn’t create an agreement, and it doesn’t oblige either of us to anything until we’ve both signed something.

The words, design, code and images on this site belong to Delve Digital Pty Ltdor the people who licensed them to us. Client logos and screenshots remain the property of those businesses and appear with permission. Feel free to link to us or quote us with attribution; please don’t copy the site wholesale.

Where we link out, we’re not responsible for what’s on the other end. That includes client websites we’ve built — they own their own content.

We do our best to keep this site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will never be wrong or never go down. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for loss arising from using — or not being able to use — this website.

Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights can’t be excluded, and we’re not trying to.
